Website Terms of Use
The Training Consultants website is operated by Training Consultants, LLC.
Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This site and all materials, media, and other elements appearing on the site,
except where otherwise noted, are the sole property of Training Consultants,
LLC. Training Consultants, the Training Consultants logo, and
trainingconsultants.com are the trademarks of Training Consultants, LLC.
This site is for the legal use of Training Consultants customers and prospective
customers only. Unauthorized use and/or access to the Training
Consultants website and the information contained therein is prohibited and
will be prosecuted to the full extent possible under the law.
This site may contain links to other sites operated by third parties and you
acknowledge that Training Consultants shall not be held responsible for the
contents of these sites.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with
incorrect information, Training Consultants shall reserve the right to cancel
any order placed for the product. If payment has already been made,
Training Consultants shall promptly issue a credit for the amount of the
charge.
Privacy Policy
Training Consultants maintains a strong commitment to the privacy of our
customers and the information they provide us. We
use the information provided to fulfill orders and
provide service, as well as inform you about new products or services
which may be of interest to you. We do not sell, trade, rent, or
otherwise release customer information to any third party.
Live Class Repeat Policy
Customers who have attended a live class and whose registration in the original
class has been fully paid may repeat the same class free of charge one
time within one year of their original class attendance. Repeat
attendance is subject to availability and is non-transferable to another
individual. Customers repeating a class three or more times will be
charged a discounted price for further attendance in the same class.
Refund Policy
Live Classes. A full refund is available to any
candidate who does not attend any day of a live class in which his/her
attendance has been prepaid. A customer who has prepaid his/her
attendance in a live class and withdraws after attending part of a
class is eligible for a refund of the full price of the class minus $125 per
day in attendance. Customers who receive course materials before or
during their partial attendance in a class will be refunded the amount prepaid
for the class minus the value of the materials received.
Software. A full refund will be granted to any customer
who purchases a Training Consultants software product and has not opened
(broken the seal or envelope in which it came) or in any way used the
software. After the packaging or seal has been broken on software
products, no refund can be granted. Refunds on software may also be
granted in certain circumstances where the software was unusable due to
technical problems.
Products. A full refund will be granted to a customer who
has purchased a self-study textbook or other product that 1) returns the
product within fifteen days of its order date, 2) has not used the product
in any capacity and 3) the product is free from damage (the product shows
no wear and may be resold as new). After a product has been used or
damaged, no refund can be granted.
Refunds will be granted solely to the customer on record who paid for the
item(s) being returned. Refunds for orders that were paid for with a
credit card will be credited back to the original card. Orders paid for
with cash or a check will be refunded by check.
